Our service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at the Feel Pink. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service. The service must be a mistake from the service provider not something you might have changed your mind about after the services were performed. In the event of a disagreement, a re-service must be validated by management. Customers have 24 hours to contact the salon to receive a complementary service to discuss any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed five days pass initial service date.
Cancellation & Late
You are required to cancel 2 hours before your service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee. A cancellation fee will be 50% of total bill. Please follow your scheduled appointment. If you are 30 minutes late for your appointment there will be a 100 AED late fee imposed for every 30 minutes. If you require a change in your appointments such as the time, location, or number of people, please inform us at least 2 hours before the booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Right to refuse service
The Feel Pink has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
Special Requests
If require a specific beauty technician or therapist, kindly inform us upon booking to check the availability. Early or late appointment (after working hours) with an extra charge of AED 100.
